Travis had gone into town, thinking. He had taken with him a book; Be Mean But Be First, that detailed how the SAS teach soldiers to defend themselves. He hoped that maybe he would be settled enough to read through it when he was out. Right now though he couldn't stop thinking about the possibility that Umbrella were working with terrorists. 'Rainbow Six all over again,' he thought, remembering the story of how a group of enviromental extremists planned to wipe out the human race with biological weapons to protect the enviroment. Except he doubted that Shadowlaw had such noble intentions. As luck would have it, while he was absorbed in his thoughts he walked past an Interpol Public Relations office. Travis stopped, thinking, then walked back to the office. He had an idea. The others might have done it already, but if they hadn't, no reason why he couldn't. Travis went in, looking for someone who might be able to help him.

"Excuse me," he said at what he took for where people like him went when they were looking for help from Interpol, "I was wondering if you could help me."

"Yes, what can we do for you?"

Travis introduced himself, said how he was with the Special Forces, and said that he was trying to find someone. He left out the part about being with the STARS, since they might not be in favour here. He wasn't exactly a member of STARS the way Jill or Rebecca were either. The man didn't seem to notice. "Who were you after again?"

"Her name is Chun Li. She's in anti terrorism I believe. That's what I'm focusing on at the moment, as is most everyone else I would think."

The man nodded. "And why are you looking for her?"

"I have some ideas and tactics from America's Delta Force that I thought might help her, and I thought that maybe I could go over them with her, since she is involved with anti terrorism." That part was true. Travis' knowledge of how Special Forces operate would be a great help to anyone who was looking to do the same thing, unlike the balls up he was recently involved in.

"Would it be possible to give me the information you have? I could pass it along to her."

"Well, yeah, it would. Except I would be here for a couple of hours talking to you, as I don't have it here in written form or anything. Besides, I was told that I should see her." Well, that was probably a misinterpretation of what was actually said. Whatever, it worked.

"I can't tell you where she is. However, I can give you a phone number."

"That'd be great."
