Travis looked over where Interpol wanted him to look. Pretty much the middle part of England. London, Hereford; where the 22nd Regiment train, where the clean air project was, and an old castle. That one perked his interest. 'That might be too obvious, if you ask me,' he thought. He went through the rest of the files and saw something that grabbed his interest. He read through a file on a soldier who used to be in Bison's army. Interpol were not sure if she still was, or if she had become a freelance assasin, but she was meant to be a part of Britain's Special Forces, a Colonal to be exact. She was also extremely deadly. That made him nervous. He didn't like the idea much of fighting a woman, and considered taking Jill and\or Nancy with him. But he didn't want to put them in danger either. Maybe he should talk to Chun Li again to find out what she knows.

Travis, dressed in a navy blue windcheater and cap to fight the cold, was writing as fast as he could, eager to get back to watching the castle.

'Dear Chun Li

This is Travis Kennedy in England. Sorry I haven't kept you informed, but I have been busy doing a recon on the castle. From what I've gathered so far, there's nothing. However, I want to go inside the castle before I declare it clear. Request advice on how to proceed.

Regards Travis'

Travis had folded the letter and, after looking at the castle on his way out to see nothing, had taken it to one of Interpol's offices, where he was confronted by a man in glasses and an expensive suit. Travis guessed that despite the looks, the man probably knew how to fight. He had the body of a warrior, albeit a small one, and probably had military training. He presented the man with the letter, sealed in an envelope. "Chun Li needs to see this as soon as possible, okay?"

"What is it?" he was asked.

"Classified," Travis said. "Green Omega Delta, codeword top secret."

"Is that so?"

"Yeah. I'd tell you, but then I'd have to break your neck clean in two. It's that sensitive."

"I see."

"I need you to assure me that this will get to her by tomorrow."

The man saluted. "It will be there," he said.

"Good. I have to get back to my work. So if you'll excuse me..."

"Of course."

Travis tipped the cap to the man, then walked out.
