Nancy carried Sakura over to the four wheel drive without a word, not caring about her injuries, opened the side door and tossed her inside. She paused for a moment, feeling bad about what she was going to put the girl through, but with luck Sakura wouldn't even need to get out of the car.

"Stay," Nancy told her. "I need to get a couple of things." She had no idea where to start looking for her son however she was going stir crazy doing nothing. The only way she was going to find him, she thought, was to look herself.

"You're military aren't you?" Jessie asked. Something she guessed Charlie was. "If this Mina is responsible then it might be best to coordinate with the armed forces." At the very least they could probably do a better job of finding Lucian than the police would, assuming they had some measure of competence. She pushed the thought aside, hoping Charlie would be able to help in that way at least after the failure with the fingerprints.

"The authorities are looking into it," Philip said. He didn't like that Yun was upset about it one bit and not knowing what else could be done to help thought it best to take him back to the church. Maybe Sofia would be there and she would be able to do something.

"How can you be positive?" Chavo tried to reason with Vega. Carlos on the other hand was having none of it.

"This goes further than protecting our families." He felt Reiko's gaze on him but chose to ignore it. "We must drive out the invaders from our country."

"By using children as cannon fodder?" Alex asked. "There's a right way to go about this. Chavo is right, we need to exercise caution."

"Speaking of which," Reiko told Carlos, "that man is a terrorist. He works for Shadowlaw." Reiko unslung the rifle as Shabazz moved to Carlos' side. "You can't seriously be thinking of working with him."

"What's you're name?" Mina had entered where they were keeping Lucian, thankful that her intervention had at least meant he was better cared for, and wanted to ask a few questions to see what exactly was done to him.

"Lucian Allen. I was taken from my mother because she was teaching me bad things." Mina felt they should move and grabbed his arm, a little surprised that he seemed to follow willingly.

"And what bad things were they?" she asked.

"That people have religious beliefs, that they are entitled to hold them. That we have to stand up against intolerance." Mina got on the radio to Albert.

"I'm shifting the boy now. I need you to do something for me while I do."

"What is it?" He sounded like he wasn't going to like what he was about to hear.

"You see my cat there?" Mina had brought it in to look after. "Take care of him until I get back." She heard Albert go over to it before getting scratched. "He may be a little tempermental." She noticed Lucian's hand near gun and swatted it away. "I'll make certain he won't be found."
