Ran waits to see who is man enough to enter in the martial arts tournament which proves which dojo will be the best. Sephiroth sees Ran and would gladly fight him in a sword fight at the tournament. However he is not representing any dojo he just wanted to find a strong opponent to fight and pass some boredom.

Jaden turns back from spirit to human and decides to join the tournament to show that Elemental Heroes are the best duelist. "Sign me in and who do I get to duel in this Anything Goes tournament."

Zane walks behind Jaden and if he sees Jaden in the tournament then he decides to join too. "Sign me up too. I'd like to see what weirdos will enter that I can beat."

Kalin goes to the registration area of the Anything Goes Martial Arts tournament to sign up. Once he gets his name on the list of contestants he looks around seeing Zane, Jaden and a whole bunch of strange people he didn't know. "Excellent. Lots of live sacrifices for my Earthbound Immortal."

Crow sees so many people at the tournament and wasn't sure he could enter until he saw lots of duelists that he knew sign up so he decided to sign up to and to see if his Blackwing deck can hold up to all the other dueling legends.

Sephiroth sees the duelists and can't wait to kill them all especially Kalin because he finds Kalin's looks and laugh to be the most annoying of them all. "I hope I can fight that guy so I can kill him first. His ugly eyes even creep me out."

Kalin heard what Sephiroth said about his eyes which caused him to stop laughing. Kalin turns around and glares at Sephiroth in anger wanting to fight him right now. "That's racist."
