It has been over 10 years since Chun-Li has met the handsome stranger that saved her life. Ryu was his name and she couldn't get his name out of her head.

"Will we ever meet again, Ryu?"

Chun-Li has now managed to secure a position at Interpol that specializes in dealing with Shadowlaw. Someday she will be strong enough to destroy the evil Bison like how he destroyed her life. Each assignment that Chun-Li successfully completes brings her closer to her goal.

"Excuse me, Chun-Li, there is someone here to see you. A man saying that he has knowledge of top secret Shadowlaw secrets." The voice of the secretary outside got Chun-Li's attention.

"Send him in." Chun-Li was speechless as she saw who was here to see her. The man sat down in an empty chair waiting for Chun-Li to say the first word. "Ryu?"

"Yes," Ryu nodded. He was glad that Chun-Li still remembered him, how could she not? Chun-Li was not only training hard for herself but to prove to Ryu as well. "It is time. Time to put a stop to Shadowlaw and destroy Bison once and for all."
