This is something that stems from a video from TGH Vol. 3.
Kevin Ferguson, better known to the world as Kimbo Slice, was a bare knuckle brawler. He normally fought in the streets and backyards. It was when someone posted some of his fights online, the world got to know Kimbo. Then, EliteXC came calling for Kimbo to make some real money doing what he did best.

Kimbo made his MMA debut in 2007 against Bo Cantrell.

After his four fights with EliteXC, Kimbo caught the eye of UFC. In his street fighting days, Kimbo was around the 300 pound mark. When he went pro with MMA, he went down to the 220s-230s. Those he lost a ton of weight, his punching power was still a force to be reckoned with.

His time with UFC included him being a playable character in UFC Undisputed 2010 for PS3 and Xbox 360. However, after his loss to Matt Mitrione, he had parted ways with the UFC. He ended up with Bellator MMA, where he fought MMA legend, Ken Shamrock.

After MMA, he tried his hand in professional boxing.

With a 7-0 record in boxing, he was also in some minor films. Sadly, Kimbo died in 2016 at the age of 42, he was survived by his long time girlfriend, children from a previous marriage, and grandchildren. Whether he was loved, hated, or feared, Kimbo Slice was a legend in his own right.

You can, Tetsu. Just find a gym around you that's worth a shit. Do your homework, and see what's worth the effort around you.
Kimbo was definitely one of a kind. Hopefully his soul is at peace.
