one week later...

Typo's Capital City, Coldara.

The city lies in green flames with explosion coursing through its streets.

Suddenly a huge explosion occurs in the center of the city and Skeith emerges from the flames of that explosion, he continues walking forward , after a few steps he falls down to the ground.

Behind him, War emerges from the green flames and walks towards Skeith.

War: you know i expected a grant challenge but instead i found disappointment...

Skeith looks at War's face and thinks back of what happened an hour ago.

1 hour earlier...

a meteor crashes into the city and thousand if not millions of demons emerge from the crash, they quickly start killing off the city's populace. War then emerges from the crash side and smiles and he see his demons killing everything on sight.

War: My children, show these people what it is to die in glorious battle!

Skeith and his twilight brigade drop down from the sky into the city.

Gorre: this is awful...

Fidchell: all those people...

Tarvos simply stares angrily at what the demons did.

Corbenik ,Cubia and Maha are stoic over the scene.

Morti: Skeith this is way too much.

Magus: well no point in feeling sad , we must make sure no ore people die here

Skeith: all of you concentrate in getting people out of here and eliminate any demon that gets in your way.

Cubia stares at skeith with an angry look.

Cubia: and what are you going to do?

Skeith smiles at Cubia.

Skeith: i am going to put n end to the source of this demon invasion, i bet it has to do with that meteor over there.

Everyone suddenly spreads out leaving Skeith alone.

Skeith suddenly sense a powerful energy near him.

Skeith: there's no use in hiding, come on out.

War suddenly appears in front of him like red cloud of smoke.

War: impressive not even the Sins could detect my energy until it was too late.

Skeith backs away from War.

Skeith: who are you?

War smiles at Skeith.

War: i am the one that is responsible for this planet's purge.

Skeith: you were the one who cause all of this? why?

War takes a deep sigh and stares uninterested at Skeith.

War: like i said before i am here purge this planet of its self conscious life.

Skeith still clueless with the answer.

Skeith: you still didnt give me your reason.

War smiles at Skeith.

War: reason? there's no reasoning in battle, strife or conflict, there's only loss or victory.

Skeith wide open his eyes.

Skeith: so you are killing this people just for the thrill of victory?

War chuckles at Skeith.

War: that's right, glory comes in many ways and none of them are pretty, especially when it involves a battle.

War summons sword on his right hand and attacks Skeith.

It's been over a year, a lot of us would have to reread what happened previously to get back on track

when you are working 16 hours a day for 8 months you barely have time to do anything. but now that my schedule has been clear i can post often.

16 hours a day? That scares me as I would struggle with 8 hours a day and most do too

Kratos did it for vengeance, War is doing it for the honor and glory of his namesake, but i get what you mean.
