Court trials take a long time in general, especially because he keeps trying to have it dropped. He denied having any sort of STD. However, he denied taking any tests to prove his innocence. That should tell somebody in the right mind he's guilty. If he had nothing to hide, he would have accepted submitting himself to a test.

Those tests should be mandatory

If he had herpes it would be all over his body and hard to not recognize. How much do you want to bet that he raped and intentionally infected not two but hundreds of women? That's so disgusting

Herpes would NOT be all over the body. Unless some whore rubbed her infected cunt all over his body, I highly doubt it would show everywhere. You would most likely see it on the genitals and mouth. Herpes is spread through skin-to-skin contact.

That's why these women can't just go and sleep around with different kinds of men. Celebrity status get men lot's of pussy, and half the time the men probably don't wear condoms

I think he's gonna have his day in court soon. Not sure when. I'm pretty sure we'll have a "protest" by showing 20+ year old photos of Janani and saying how "innocent," he is. Wonder how much of an ass he'll make of himself in the court room.

At least this is a good way to show that even if someone has money and good lucks they still have to follow the law

According to multiple sources, and the obvious, he isn't an A-List celeb, and he's been accused of using his more rich friends houses and cars as a front to make it seem he's living in luxury. He does bit parts, B-Movies, uncredited roles, and stunt work for movies. Most definitely isn't paying off anyone on the jury. The only person he is paying off (hopefully) is his lawyer.

According to a news article (you have to dig, he's not as big of a celebrity as he claims to be) his lawyer's defense is, "It is what it is." I'd think its safe to say he's screwed. I talked to Jay once, seemed like an okay guy until the truth came out.

But if the crime is too severe then there are certain things that not even the best of lawyers can get out of

If he knew about it and willingly spread disease then denies it, then poor Jay nothing. He goes in November. Plenty of time for him to weave some more bullshit stories.
