Now, I know what some of you are thinking, in response to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVLAjTY2qWE : "Would you consider Final Fantasy X2 as an option, for when the time comes?"
My answer: Well, maybe - but obviously not as the first achievement, yes primarily because my special occasion is all in honour of a Capcom masterpiece. I did pick it up while out grocery shopping yesterday, but it's still a work in progress - naturally, I want to prepare it for a New Game Plus. However, there's no real guarantee, especially as I still of course have other games to prepare as well.
In fact, I had a previous copy of it for one of my Santa Claude visits, so I suppose that's another point in favour...

And the first achievement is in, I am pleased to announce my first completion of the PS1 game Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha on Friday June 24 2022. Another Capcom masterpiece!
