Yes, indeed I do. I've seen him pick up after the dog went on another enemy neighbour's lawn, but... I wonder if the fucker deliberately bullies me, especially now me and my dad have issued a complaint. What a bastard...

No, that won't be necessary - I don't think?
However, yes we did try that with Shit the Dog, when he was a problem. They did take him - but what a surprise (!), his owner willingly splashed out the £75 release fee to get him back, just because 'he's a beloved family pet'. That's no excuse to let him run loose around the village... including to harass a bitch, his doing so also proving his owners can't be arsed to get him castrated...

Under both dad and even Gran's advice, I've also started to keep a written diary (i.e. instead of keeping note in my mind) on the dog fouler. If indeed dad and I need to carry out further lawn enforcement, then I suppose this would help like with evidence and all?

That may be tricky, when it comes to garbage chores...
However, unless like I go to my parents' house for dinner on my airing day (i.e. assuming the airing is in the morning)... then since we were forced into the initial lockdown, I would stay in my own apartment on the airing days, and of course when I start the respective final countdowns. Again, because of the "Street Fighter is so bad, it killed Raul Julia" hate trend, who just as I feared trolled poor Dennis Hopper... I'm sorry, but I can't afford to take any chances!
But in the case of the new dog fouling problem, yes I realise the dog fouler might be out on the lawn on my special day. So yes, I'll steer clear!
